Electrification Smart Power Unit in Västerås develops and produces contactors, soft starters and pilot devices.
Join us to take a key role in the production team of Smart Power Electrification Sweden. You will be responsible of developing the department in order to optimize costs, quality and on time delivery as well as secure a good working environment, and you will be part of the production management team.
Your responsibilities
Manage a team of 35 production workers
Develop department according to KPIs (health and safety, quality, on-time deliveries, productivity)
Fully responsible of KPIs, budget, delivery performance
Fully responsible of people management, health & safety, developing people
Part of production management team
Your background
Leadership experience from project management or manager position
Preferable University degree (examen från högskola) but not mandatory
Experience from production or logistics
Good knowledge in MS Office
Swedish and English, fluent in speaking and writing
Result-oriented, clear in communication, confident leader
