We are looking for a person that enjoys coaching and motivating people. Someone that can take on the position of Warehouse and Internal Logistics Manager within an ABB Swedish Planning and Fulfillment Center.
The Process Control Platform (PCP) division develops and delivers products - hardware and software - that are fundamental to ABB Process Automation (PA) business: to monitor, control and optimize processes for all kind of industries. In Västerås the Planning and Fulfilment Center consist of around 30 skilled individuals divided into three different groups.
As Warehouse and Internal Logistics Manager you would be leading one of those groups with responsibility for both work environment, processes and all the daily activities crucial for the Warehouse. Activities such as planning and monitoring of the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders and keeping stock control systems up to date.
To excel in this position, we foresee that you are a person that has an internal drive to continuously improve your team and processes while also being able to ensure stable delivery from the warehouse. As much of our work is done locally but with close collaboration of global colleagues, we assume that you have good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Collaborate with other line managers at PCP SE
Your will report to the local Planning and Fulfilment Center Manager
Your background
Strong interest in people management
A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
Fluency in Swedish and English
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Economy (or similar) is a requirement but could be replaced by proven experience in project-, warehouse- or production management
