hela Sverige Minnovation is now looking for a Warehouse Engineer for our business partner.
Worklocation: Sweden
General Position Description
1. Responsible for overall warehouse work affairs and daily work management, coordinating work between departments and functional departments.
2. Responsible for developing and modifying warehouse system documents and operating procedures, improving warehouse management processes and standards.
3. Responsible for providing work guidance and regular training and assessment to warehouse personnel, to strengthen and improve their warehouse management awareness and instill a sense of teamwork.
4. Responsible for the overall arrangement of inventory operations in the warehouse, as well as the disposal plan and implementation of stagnant waste.
5. Responsible for providing job guidance and safety supervision to warehouse staff, organizing warehouse improvement projects, and providing skills, safety, and other related training.
6. Responsible for supervising and managing the warehouse, implementing 7S, visualizing the execution status of management, and conducting inspection records.
7. Responsible for and assisting managers in implementing warehouse management systems, standardizing operational processes, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring their effective implementation.
Required Qualifications
1. College degree or above, major in management related field, with manufacturing experience in warehouse management and packaging management;
2. Possess professional knowledge and ability in warehouse management; Practical operation of ERP system, using office software Word, Excel PPT, and warehousing tools. Possess the ability to handle chemical leakage prevention and emergency plans for chemical leakage.
3. Proficient in warehouse processes and operational requirements, capable of handling unexpected warehouse anomalies.
4. Positive work attitude, sense of responsibility, and sufficient on-site coordination and arrangement skills.
5. Serious and responsible, attention to details, strong execution ability, and communication and coordination skills.
