To support the development and roll-out of warehousing strategies and future-proof technologies, we are now looking for one (1) Warehouse Development Specialist to join our Global Warehouse team within Processing Solutions and Equipment.
The Global Warehouse team is responsible for standardizing processes and procedures within warehouse management, working with best practices, synergies and minimizing duplication.
As Warehouse Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving various development initiatives and identifying new opportunities for warehouse management. The Warehouse Development Specialist will lead initiatives to attain the company's key strategic objectives by improving existing processes, reducing inefficiencies, and developing future-proof ways of working. Furthermore, the Warehouse Development Specialist will manage and participate in warehouse related initiatives and cross-organisational projects from the point of conceptualisation till final design & delivery - being accountable for delivering cost, time, and quality gains.
This position is located in Lund, Sweden, reporting to Global Warehouse Manager, Integrated Logistics.
What you will do:
Project Lifecycle Management of Warehousing & Integrated Logistics initiatives
Execution of the strategic transformation plan for global warehousing
Developing new initiatives and technologies, driving digitalization, in the warehouse management area
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on the execution of strategic priorities
Ensuring cost efficient warehouse management services according to client and customer needs
Who you are:
We believe that you are a person with lot of energy, strong drive for results and your analytical skills are excellent as well as your communication skills. Building and maintaining successful relationships with stakeholders comes natural to you. To be successful in this position we would like you to have minimum 3-5 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management. Previous experience of working in a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) environment is a bonus.

problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
Understanding of WMS, order management applications and database systems, PtP & fulfilment practices are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP R/3 is preferred.
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics or have an equivalent solid technical educational background within logistics. Swedish and English are at business level.
