hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Acne Studios AB i Stockholm Acne Studios is recruiting Warehouse associates, with the task of packing, inbounding, shipping and return of warehouse stock to / from Retail, Wholesale customers, E-tail customers and suppliers. This is a role where you will get the opportunity to actively participate in the continuous improvement process of the Warehouse function in a progressive fashion house.
The role
This is a role that supports the Managers and Coordinators with the daily operations of the Warehouse processes. You will assist with reaching business results needed to meet business plan objectives and KPI targets while maintaining the desired shipment quality and efficiency level. You will report to the Warehouse Management team and belong to the Warehouse department. You will be based at our Warehouse in Spånga.
Other duties and responsibilities:
• Work actively to ensure that the highest standards are deployed at all times in the processes at Warehouse
• Work actively to ensure that the Warehouse delivers and fulfills objectives and directions from HQ Supply Chain as well as from the Managers and Coordinators
• Push your own performance by always prosecuting tasks and projects until they are finished, and consistently aim for efficiency and to accomplish result
• Be present both physically and mentally during the entire working shift at the WH, which also includes respecting general working hours and meeting times
• Direct yourself and take own initiatives when applicable without orders instead of always waiting for somebody to tell you what to do.
• Be thorough in every part of the WH processes as errors that occur in the operation create extra workload for other parts of the organization and might lead to badwill towards Acne Studios' customers
• Contribute with positive energy to the WH operations by displaying good working morale and attitude towards colleagues and by following the WH Code of Conduct
• Emphasize WH SE's role within Acne Studios as an internal service function by always aiming to assist and facilitate as much as possible for the company's other departments
You
You have at least one year of professional experience of warehouse operations and are proficient in WMS systems. Developed skills in MS Office in general (particularly Excel and Word) are beneficial.
We are looking for a person with analytical abilities and enjoys problem solving. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and teamwork are highly valued.
Acne Studios is a global company with English as working language. Proficient in written and oral English is therefore a must. Additional language skills are beneficial.
