BT Nordics need to strengthen the team of professional Senior Project Managers to handle a growing amount of large, international projects. As a PM in BT Global Services you are responsible for delivering global products and services to our large International Scandinavian customers. Working closely with the team and the customer you are responsible for meeting deadlines, at the right budget and with right quality. You report to the Contract Manager and the PM Team leader in the Nordics.
Requirements
To be successful in the role as PM you have an extended experience in working with large projects, preferably as a consultant in a technical environment and must have proven ability to apply relationship management skills, and to be able to build and own client and stakeholder relationships at executive levels. Most likely you have a university degree and it is important that you are interested in and have a technical understanding of solutions in the Telecom industry. You need to have an expert understanding of concepts, procedures and application of project management, and proven ability for planning and managing lager and more complex long-term or international projects. You need experience of very critical and complex project delivery and relationship management and you demonstrate a record of ability to innovate to resolve major problems. In the role you are the lead change agent and you need to have the ability to channel resources effectively and you hold both resource-based and financial responsibility. Since you will be working in an international business environment you speak and write English fluently, it is positive if you have knowledge in other languages such as Swedish, Finnish, Spanish, French, Portuguese or an Asian language. It is also an advantage if you are certified in the PRINCE2 methodology. We need to recruit Project Mangers situated in Stockholm, Malmö and Esbo, Finland.
