We are growing and we are currently interested in finding 2 recruiters who can help us continue this growth. You will become a part of a team consisting of 6 Consultant Managers with a lot of energy, great humor and most of all high phase tempo.
In the role as a recruiter, you will be part of the whole process from finding/attracting candidates, qualifying them and taking part of the matchmaking process. You will work closely with the team to make sure we hire the right engineers for the right assignment. Our biggest focus is Matchmaking = Right Engineer Right Assignment.
You will become a key part of our team and organization, with possibilities to affect both your role and the organizations plan /strategies and how we develop. We're a small team working closely together to shape our work life. At the same time, you will become a part of the Sigma Connectivity family which consists of +700 people spread over 11 offices and 5 countries.
Together with our clients, our great Engineers create and design the IoT and Wireless tech of tomorrow - do you want to be part of it?
Work tasks
Recruit - find, attract, interview & evaluate engineers within product / system development
Network and Employer Branding - strengthen our already existing candidate network - we'd love to hear your ideas of how disrupt the old ways of doing things
Manager for employees within our try&hire process
Matchmaking = right engineer right assignment
Continuous dialog with your team, candidates and other stakeholders
Contribute to our team's overall goals
Keep yourself up to date with the latest within tech
Admin - update systems, manage time reports, CV coaching & writing etc
So who are you?
An experienced recruiter who knows the process and knows what differs a good candidate experience from a great one.
Recruitment in this industry is hard, therefore we believe that you should have both grit, be easy going and able to connect with many different types of people.
Technical interest, there is no need to know everything but enough to know what engineers are talking about. Our main areas are consumer electronics and IoT (embedded Software, Hardware, Electronics, app development, system development etc).
Good if you have some experience of being a manager or have been in any relevant leading position.
Can use Swedish and English fluently, both verbal and in writing.
Driver's licens
