And we are looking for the next person to join our customer success team!One of us is soon swapping work for labour, and not just in linguistic terms. Our Anna will be home on parental leave in a while, and we need to strengthen our team. We have hada stable growth for a whileand aim for the sky, so temporary positions is not something we do. We look for a permanent star to shine bright and clear here at the office in the middle of Gothenburg!
As a member of the team you will take our customers by the hand and walk them through on boarding and implementation, and then stroll together with them, ready to assist whenever a problem occurs. You will meet and talk to all kinds of people, and we can promise some laughs along the way :) !
To join us, we think you:
• Get a boost from client contact ( i.e. worked with e.g. sales and/or supportin some way - and liked it!)
• Have some sort of atech aura(often described in job ads as "technical interest" and meant to be some tech studies, previous job in an IT company or perhaps even tried some coding just for the fun of it)
• Have some experience from supporting SaaS/Cloud solutionsor have worked ine.g. PMS's(No further explanation needed for those who get it.)
Since we try to maintain our start-up feeling, we're a tight team and personality is key. We believe you're a straight forwarddoer that can manage a little chaos. As long as that's fine andyou're a team player and problem solver, we think we should have a chatand see if we're a match!
