Volvo Production System (VPS) is our way of working with Continuous Improvement. The VPS team should facilitate the VPS implementation in the plant. This is a hands on job, working with the teams, on the shop floor as well as with management and support functions. VPS coaches should make sure we have a well-functioning improvement machine where we prioritize improvements based on waste and losses, use appropriate tools and achieve great results. The VPS coaches should train the staff in the tools and methods needed at the moment.

Qualifications
• Relevant formal education
• Experience of using the Lean/VPS tools and methods
• Excellent networking skills
• Experience of coaching and facilitating individuals and teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
• Pedagogical and communicative skills
