We want to do something different, something modern, something not yet tried. We want to be "best in class" with a reputation for Funnel's ability to attract, find and select for a strong culture. We are not sure how, so this is where you come in with your curiosity and experience to help us take our goal of hiring "Great People" to a new level, aligned with the company strategy. You will do this together with a great global team!

What you will do

Funnel has and will continue to invest heavily in the Talent function. We believe that our culture and our people have been and will be the key to our success. We are today a highly appreciated Talent team of 18 engaged individuals from different backgrounds. Feedback from both our candidate and hiring manager experience is very positive. We are proud of our ambitious roadmap lying ahead.

In this new role as VP Talent, you will report to the Chief People Officer Sabina Klint (https://www.linkedin.com/in/sabina-klint-53803924/), and be a part of our People team (https://jobs.funnel.io/departments/people). You will have a significant influence on how we run things and direct interactions with the Executive team. This role is located in Stockholm and we offer a hybrid-remote setup which means you can work some days from the office and some days from home.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Take ownership of the TA strategy in order for Funnel to become the company everyone wants to join and the TA team to be part of.
• Take ownership of building awareness and a strong employee brand.
• Take ownership of the recruitment process, roles, and responsibilities from attracting to the closure of an employment contract.
• Constantly look for and implement best practices and improved modern ways of working.
• Lead, motivate and develop the TA team.
• Create and manage Talent key performance indicators and SLAs.
• Train, support, and advise hiring managers across the organization.

Who you are

We believe you have a genuine interest in both strategic and operational Talent Acquisition. Candidate experience and great relationships with hiring managers on all levels are your top priorities along with developing a team with high engagement and great collaboration. Furthermore, we believe that people around you would describe you as follows:

• You have the ability to listen to other people's input and opinions while also being able to make your own opinions and input heard. Your approach is perceptive, friendly, and clear. With this approach, you can establish good collaborations and build trust.
• You have a "can-do" attitude, which means that you see opportunities in the challenges you approach, and you naturally come up with innovative solutions.
• In your leadership, you have a coaching and inclusive approach. You want to see people grow and you are enthusiastic and prestigeless which means you put your team and collaboration first.

We are looking for you who have

• Approximately 10 years of experience in broad talent acquisition-related positions with insights and solid understanding of best practices and modern ways of working (e.g. evidence-based-, competency-based-, structured, data-driven methods).
• Several years of leadership experience in different managerial roles and exposure working with executive teams or similar (roles with direct reports, budget responsibility, and a passion for developing, motivating, and coaching team members).
• Experience working with candidate experience and relevant KPIs and a constant curiosity to find and implement new and improved ways of working but at the same time protect what is working well.
• Experience in project- and change management, and collaborating with various stakeholders in global and fast-growing companies.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Swedish communication skills are a plus.

Sounds interesting? Welcome with your application! If you have any questions regarding the position, please contact Tobias Löfgren at tobias.lofgren@novare.se or Axel Kagevik at axel.kagevik@novare.se. Please note that we don't accept applications by e-mail due to GDPR.
