What do we expect from you
Academic degree in IT/engineering/business or similar
Vast experience in a leading role within product development, e.g., Product Manager/Director
Experienced in very data-intensive products with a large and global user base
Ideally have an understanding of working with large datasets in software development/engineering contexts
Experienced in challenging teams to develop the best product through a strong holistic business understanding
Strong leadership skills, a person who communicates, develops, coaches, and inspires his/her team and others
Persistent leader in continuously improving the product, user experience, and opportunities for monetization

What will you work on
Lead the business area "Search"
The BA "Search" includes the business units Search and Insights with a potential future expansion. You will be responsible for providing and translating the product strategy into actionable roadmaps across all your teams, with the ultimate purpose of providing end-user value.
Leading a Business Area means that you will be part of Product & Operations Management which is the management team responsible for product and revenues. You will report directly to the COO, who co-owns this responsibility with the MD of India. You will be a driving force in building the strategy, ensuring a fantastic user experience, and allocating resources across teams.
You will be responsible for
Drive product strategy to secure long-term success
Secure overall product experience
Secure roadmap execution aligned to overall product strategy
Owning the business area's budget (costs, investments, revenue, etc)
Manage Search KPIs and targets
Develop the organization and secure the right team
Be part of the BA management team and ensure alignment across the business areas

As the business unit leader Search you will also be responsible for
Evolving Truecaller's identification capabilities through data and artificial intelligence
Developing the world's best spam-blocking and fraud-prevention technologies
Owning the roadmap, the KPIs and the execution across your team
Ensure great user experience across the search universe across our channels and partnerships
