VP SALES
The principal objective of the role is to build structure and drive strategic growth across new and existing customers in multiple geographies. You will lead, build and develop your sales team, the product positioning, and the go to market strategies. In this player-coach position you will sell, drive sales development, customer playbooks, make sales projections, launch campaigns, effectuate sales automation, inspire reseller partners, implement strategic initiatives and drive execution in your daily job.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Recruit, build and develop our sales team.
Formulate and implement our sales strategy.
Project sales and deliver on those projections.
Align strategic resources with sales objectives.
Contribute to company management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and monitor on sales plan and projections.
• Produce internal and external reports and presentations as required in an appropriate medium for the audience, ensuring that data is accurate and up to date.
• Lead, develop and motivate the sales team.
• Conducte regular reviews and one-to-ones.
• Communicate business and team vision.
• Manage individual and team performance.
• Drive commercial growth for existing and new clients.
• Ensure that sales revenue and customer retention is maximized and manage a healthy pipeline forecast.
• Develop excellent client relationships through the understanding of the customers business and brand values.
• Coordinate with operations to align delivery capability with client requirements and the overall brand vision.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
You have sales experience, or more importantly sales ambitions - a drive to identify customer problems, present solutions and close deals. Yu have a modern and contemporary approach to sales, plus the people skills to build and motivate your team. You don't need machine learning expertise(it's a bonus if you do), since you'll have expert support, but what you really need is genuine interest in technology and a creative mindset to develop the customer's business.
