Werlabs, provides health analysis via bloodtesting. We're expanding rapidly and require a VP Partnerships to expand our overseas operation.

We are looking for an experienced partnership manager with international experience, especially in a start-up environment. Work will involve setting up new labs throughout Europe, building partnerships with patient organisations and distribution channels in each country. Importantly, the individual will need an extensive network and be confident to draft contracts with agents for high profile individuals, film studios, large corporations and governments.

Responsibilities:

• Set up infrastructure
• Help setting up growth objectives
• Customer insight - blending data with deep understanding of user needs and habits
• Prioritize growth initiatives
• Manage the partnership from early interaction to deal-close.

Skills:

• analytics: experience with google analytics, a/b testing tools
• presentation
• contract drafting
• talent management
• first class written and spoken English and Spanish

You have a wide-ranging experience in prospecting and closing deals with high-profile partners. You are used to working with multi-cultural and remote teams in a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment.

You have the experience to understand technical information and to convey this information to a non-technical audience.

You are fluent in English and Spanish and can work for long periods of time in any location - especially within Europe.

Werlabs is building a new model for preventative health care. Currently, we operate in Sweden, Norway and the UK.
