hela Sverige The Organisation & Leadership Domain is responsible for the design and delivery of the experience of 1,800 (and growing!) Klarnauts. The Domain is comprised of the following teams: Talent Attract & Search, People Experience, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Productivity (incl. IT Services), Workplace Experience (incl. Office Management), Strategic & Leap Initiatives (PMO), People Mobility and People Data.
Position is responsible for managing the overall direction of Organisation and Leadership and will serve as a strategic partner to the organisation. With the goal to build a world-class culture and successfully implement strategic solutions for business growth, employee engagement and retention. This will be done by leading the domain to deliver top class operations across all teams.
• MBA or similar higher education
• Several years of management Consultancy experience preferably from an international consultancy firm
• Experience within financial industries
• Experience supporting organizations with large contingent workforce
• Fluent in English and preferably an additional language
• International experience prefered
