Most would agree that universities and colleges are quintessential to a well-functioning society. However, with their inherent operational complexity and large sizes, they are among the most difficult organizations to run efficiently. This is what TimeEdit has set out to rectify. We are on a mission to deliver the most comprehensive suite of resource management tools for the higher education sector. We are currently the fastest growing provider in the industry and are expanding our organization at a rapid pace.
With the market transitioning away from legacy monolites, Excel spreadsheets and home-grown has-beens, the TimeEdit Product team plays a pivotal role in defining the next generation of RMS tools for universities across the globe. To accelerate our growth journey, we are looking for a new VP of Product to help build out a world class Product team for our suite of tools used north of 500 000 people daily.
About the role:
As our new VP of Product you will be responsible for:
• Build and grow our Product Management team, which includes everything from hiring and setting processes, to defining targets and KPIs
• Own the vision, strategy and roadmaps for the TimeEdit suite as a whole, as well as for each individual product
• Constantly improving the holistic customer experience by understanding and predicting the needs and demands of our customers, and translate them into outcomes and requirements for our Engineering department to act on
• Together with the management team help grow TimeEdit to a global market leader in the RMS space, including the addition of multiple new products, acquisitions, localization and support for new integrations

As VP of Product at TimeEdit you will have the opportunity to craft the products that define the standard for 21st century EdTech. You will be responsible for building out the department, owning the internal and external roadmaps, as well as the communications and product marketing towards customers, partners and prospects.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
• Experience from a similar role in a SaaS company
• Have a track record of building, leading, developing, and retaining a great team
• Strong product management skills from complex enterprise software solutions
• Experience with creating, leading and implementing product management processes
• Strong business acumen - understand our and our clients business
• Great communication skills; fluent in English, verbal and written
