As VP of Engineering you will work together with the CTO and be a driving force in the technology leadership team that develop Tictail's technical strategy. Together with the other members of the technical leadership team you will nurture, build and expand the technology organisation by creating a cutting edge tech culture and be involved in enhancing daily work and support the team. You are responsible for the deliveries of the tech organisation, and you fulfill that by supporting, mentoring and coaching the next generation of leaders in Tictail's tech organisation.

Who are you?
You are probably in a similar position today, leading product engineering initiatives for a high profile online company. We believe that you are a great leader that inspire engineering teams by clear communication, coaching and mentoring. You are up to date with new technologies and tools and you are comfortable in technical conversations and tradeoff decisions with engineering managers and teams.

Your background
You have extensive experience of online consumer products
You are experienced with leading cross-functional organizations of 100+ people
You are experienced in mentoring, coaching and managing talented engineers
You are data driven in your decision making and you know how to set and follow up on relevant key metrics for consumer behavior
You have a servant leadership mindset and you subscribe to the cultural values cherished at Tictail
You care about agile development practices and engineering best practices
You have a strong technical background
