In October 2017, our platform was integrated into Swedbank, resulting in 4.3 million customers getting easy access directly to our subscription management service. In order to continue our expansion and prioritize customer experience, we need to expand our family with a passionate VP of Engineering. About the job
Our VP of Engineering will be the person who have great technical chops but prefers not to be a coding ninja.
The job is to manage teams, i.e. get the best out of people. You will work closely with the developer teams, responsible for staffing when needed and knows what motivates them to work towards the product vision. Communicates and represents the company strategy and product strategy.
Responsible for co-developing the technical strategy with the CTO, and for developing and maintaining a technical roadmap that will continue to innovate from a technical standpoint.
