Campanja's solutions radically improve return on advertising spend by tying together generated value and the associated cost for each click. By bridging the gap between marketing analytics and sales systems, our products allow for KPI tracking that optimizes paid search bidding by identifying the most valuable traffic for acquisition in real-time.

We are seeking a VP of Engineering for our headquarters in Stockholm. You will be a key member of an innovative and growing team that works on solving complex problems in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be part of a distinguished executive team and demonstrate ownership and accountability for the entire software engineering team of 30+.
You will be responsible for maintaining and raising engineering and operational standards by mentoring and reviewing the work of your team. In addition, you will recruit and nurture top talent as part of a developing a high-performance organization.
You must be an innovative senior engineering leader who is able to deliver next-generation solutions for the bid management market. You will be responsible for leading teams through rapidly evolving complex demands, including multiple projects with dependencies on other internal organizations.
You have superb interpersonal skills and organizational skills, and need to be innovative, detail-oriented, team-oriented, self-directed and adaptable to new development environments and changing business requirements.
You should have the ability to roll up your sleeves and get hands on as needed.

Key Required Experience
Documented experience leading software development teams
Extensive software engineering development and design experience with complex and scalable products using multiple technologies and languages
Documented experience leading leaders of software development teams
Experience implementing agile methodologies
Change management experience
Preferred Experience
Experience working in a high growth environment of an internationally recognized startup
Experience in the internet marketing industry
Experience with algorithmic trading development
Working with production environments in Amazon Web Services
Experience working with dual track scrum
Experience with Service Oriented Architectures
Experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning is a plus
