Job Description
In this new role you will be reporting to our CTO and be a member of our technology leadership team.
You will have the managerial responsibility for a growing number of engineering teams and in cooperation with product management you will prioritize and manage all engineering efforts within your area of responsibility.
As VP of Engineering you will
• Work closely with the CTO and our VP Engineering Platform to further build our Engineering organization.
• Provide effective leadership for all development initiatives within in your area of responsibiltiy.
• Optimize your organization and it's ways of working to ensure that we both rapidly and reliably deliver quality products.
• Represent engineering in key initiatives and projects in the organization
Qualifications and personal qualities
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant engineering field or business
• 5+ years' experience from similar positions leading software development organizations
• Experience from leading development of complex software architectures and platform
• Proven track record from managing bigger teams and change management
• Fluent in English
