Fyndiq is the one stop bargain shop on the web! Our goal is to deliver massive sales numbers to all of our connected merchants, while delivering the best bargain shopping experience to our customers. Fyndiq's platform facilitates the sale of thousands of products from hundreds of merchants every day. Fyndiq's growth is substantial, both revenue and traffic to the site grows 25% on a month-to-month basis.

We are a young company of around 25 people, with a tech team of seven highly skilled engineers. In the tech team we take pride in creating elegant, simple solutions that are fast and scale well. We take pride in writing clean, well documented code that is easily maintained. Our tech team is also very focused on creating and streamlining all internal processes.

As VP of engineering you will manage the tech team and be responsible for planning, leading, and quality-assuring development work. A crucial responsibility is ensuring all technology and engineering resources are optimally used to deliver fantastic results on schedule. You will oversee daily operations and make sure that bugs and problems that arise are addressed and prioritized against other tasks.

You will work closely with our CTO and CEO, and be the link and spokesperson between the tech team and the rest of the company. This position will bring you a very interesting journey in a fast growing company, and you will very soon be recruiting and managing a much larger team.

To be qualified, you should have:
• a background as a software developer and/or architect
• worked in a similar role for at least two years
