As an integral part of the SBL team, this position aims to help create and develop packages and marketing tools to integrate the various business areas and added value solution offering.
As part of the Life Cycle Service team the focus will be to develop the service solutions included in the service portfolio defined by the business area and to support the regions with sales tools, presentations, marketing material and other needed support to roll out the LCS product offering.
Four (4) Year applicable Engineering or Business Degree (or equivalent experience).
Ten (10) years applicable industry, company, and product experience.
A proven track record of professional accomplishments and reliability.
A high level of computer skills is essential – Excel, Word and PowerPoint plus knowledge of Lotus Notes applications (specifically Lotus Notes e-mail application).
Other skills/knowledge:
Familiarity with the broad range of MCT Mining and Construction equipment / products.
Solid knowledge base with Metso MCT services/aftermarket business and applications, the industry and the customers.
Business and relationship oriented.
People skills and ability to lead and motivate others.
Ability to develop action plans, and meet deadlines.
Experience in complex matrix organizations / relationships.
Strong communication skills, plus co-operation, interpersonal and presentation skills to manage internal and external interfaces.
