Vice President IT Business Engagement
Our IT Business Engagement team focuses on driving Business Engagement, IT strategy alignment as well as end-user improvements and IT Innovation across CEVT. As Vice President you will be leading and developing a team of 10+ people and be responsible for developing the IT Business Engagement strategy and drive continuous improvements and innovations within the Digital/IT.
A strategic role where you can be part of steering the overall IT direction of CEVT. Through a close collaboration with stakeholders within the IT team and across the organization, you are aligning IT strategies within different parts of the business and driving improvements and innovation within the IT field.
Based in Lindholmen, Gothenburg, you will be working closely with IT management, IT portfolio managers, Innovation department and other internal stakeholders at CEVT as well as with colleagues at Geely in China.

Main focus in your role
* Leading and developing the Business Engagement team and the Business Engagement strategy.
* Governing financial frames for IT project portfolios and new IT initiatives.
* Driving IT efficiency and alignment across the organization.
Qualifications and key attributes
* Academic IT degree and several years of IT experience.
* Previous leadership and people management experience.
* Project- and portfolio management knowledge, automotive experience is meritorious.
* Excellent communicator with and open and structured mind.
