Since 2013 CEVT has grown rapidly and now keeps some 2000 people busy. China Euro Vehicle Technology AB is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.
Our Program Purchasing team focuses on providing high quality purchasing support within the area of Indirect Purchasing.
As Head of IDP, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 20 individuals in two teams and secure that Indirect Purchasing deliverables are met, and direct reporting to SVP Purchasing at CEVT.
The position is a managerial role where you will be coaching the team to ensure deliveries and personal development as well as developing the organization. You will be the budget owner and/or the responsible for the full ownership of IDP.
Based in Lindholmen, Gothenburg, you will be working closely with several internal stakeholder at CEVT as well as with external partners and colleagues at Geely in China.

Main focus in your role:
* Lead development of strategies and plan and establish procedures, processes, policies and standards for CEVT IDP.
* Supporting and drive continuous improvements of CEVT contract inventory and management processes.
* Strategic providing commercial support to CEVT functional teams and departments according their available budget/operational challenges.
* Responsible for achievement of procurement goals (cost, quality, deadlines). Supporting as Cost Estimator to investigate alternative materials, processes and technologies and their implementation into the business.
* Drive and develop strategic P2P procedures together with CEVT Finance.
* Lead and drive Procurement and contract management.
* Participating and Liaison with Geely and VCC purchasing teams for optimal efficiency.
* Commodity ownership.
Qualifications and key attributes
* 7-10 years automotive purchasing experience.
* Managerial experience leading buyers and senior managers as direct reports.
* Experience in negotiating large-scale contracts, with senior level negotiators.
* Business focused personality.
* Ability to navigate and deliver in an unstructured environment.
* Strong capabilities in the area of stakeholder management on management level, Like Core business Internal development projects within R&D projects, Electrical Architecture and features, Powertrain, Innovation, Lynk&Co and Uni3 by Geely.
* Self-motivation and willingness to take responsibility with entrepreneurship.
* Able to identify and avoid risks in the whole procurement process.
* University degree in business, engineering or equivalent work experience.
* Proven commercial track record.
