Job summary and key objectives
Camfil Power Systems (CPS) is a global business unit Headquarted in Borås. We are now looking for a VP HR&IC. The role also includes heading the Shared HR Services Sweden. This role reports to the President of CPS Group and is a member of the regional/local CPS management team and the Global HR management team (HRM).
This is a combination of a strategic and hands-on role to turn business strategies into HR plans. The VP CPS HR&IC is responsible for developing and implementing global and local HR programs that are aligned to legislations.
The VP HRIC CPS operational responsibilities includes e.g.:
Talent management and performance evaluation processes
Organizational development and change management
Compensation and benefits
Internal communication
Responsible for implementing and localize HR processes and guidelines
Head of Shared HR Services Sweden functional responsibilities includes e.g.:
Manage and coordinate the HR team at the Swedish Camfil companies
Report functionally and work closely with the VP HR EMEA and EVP HRIC Camfil Group
Close cooperation with the Head of Learning & Development and Head of Compensation and Benefits
Who are you?
To be successful in this role we would like you to meet the following qualifications:
Educational & Work Experience
Relevant university degree in HR or equivalent competence gained in other ways
Significant HR work experience on all levels of minimum 8 years (HR work experience from an industrial environment is an advantage)
Good knowledge of Swedish labor law and familiar with the structure of international employment laws.
Skills
An experienced leader with excellent people skills
A professional and commercial approach to HR
Excellent relationship-builder with the ability to be credible at all levels of seniority
High level of integrity, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Excellent written and verbal communication /interpersonal skills
Pragmatic, business focused and solution orientated
Good English skills, both oral and written
