Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Vice President of Global Manufacturing to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make a significant impact by directing and optimizing our global production strategy. You will work with our production teams in Bulgaria, Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, and China, ensuring we meet our strategic goals and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our global production strategies. You will coordinate with production heads at our international sites, optimize processes to meet long-term strategic goals, and maintain strong relationships with production teams. You will ensure compliance with company policies, manage production budgets, and track performance metrics. Additionally, you will participate in global operations projects and contribute to our innovative and growth-focused environment.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with a master's degree in production engineering or at least 5 years of experience in strategic/tactical production, preferably with electronic products. While extensive experience is not mandatory, you should have a strong foundation in production management and a keen interest in growing within an international setting. Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and the ability to build relationships are important. You should be results-driven, fluent in English, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in project management and a willingness to learn and develop in an executive setting are essential.
