We are now posting the position as:

VP DCL processes & solutions

The position holder will work closely together with the GTS sales regions to efficiently develop our work in these areas in order to increase customer satisfaction, grow revenue and support our customers in ensuring maximum uptime.

The position reports to the SVP Aftermarket Management and is a member of the GTS Aftermarket Management functional team.

Main activities and responsibilities
• P&IT plan execution:
• Support process owners to create and maintain process and solution road map.
• Execute- and follow up on the Process & IT long term plan, strategic roadmap and project initiatives within GTS ? Aftermarket.
• Approve the regional plans and support (as needed) the execution of them at the regional level.
• Coordination of central coordination between MAS & DCL
• Process management and solution management:
• Global process development and management.
• Run the common Process and solution governance by supporting Process Owners.
• Manage Business Solution sub-portfolio roadmaps
• Set run-time SLA requirements for TSM solution portfolios.
• Incorporate Lean approach towards process and solution management, while reducing cost and enhancing business value.
• Make sure that the regions are implementing the global process and solution road map.
• Project Management:
• Effectively manage shared projects and handle all other GTS common activities (e.g. Master Data Management & Information Model)
• Focus on the big projects and programs.
• Budgets, demand management and project management:
• Manage full GTS P&IT global budget and regional unique budget for Aftermarket.
• Consolidate all P&IT demands from the business and decide and execute on projects and enhancements within the assigned P&IT budget frame.
• In charge of the execution of GTS global P&IT projects and of project portfolio management.

• The role requires a strong and inspiring leader with significant experience and demonstrated ability to provide strategic and operational direction for the aftermarket services in a multi-brand business environment

• Good understanding of the international truck business as well of the Volvo Group Trucks processes and ways of working, especially in the field of aftermarket.
• A Master?s degree in commercial or technical area.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
