Volvo Trucks - North & Central Europe is now looking for a Fleet Sales Director who wants to develop our customers operations to an even higher level. Your mission will be to develop sales and profitability of total transport solutions to selected International fleet customers and also find new customer opportunities. As Fleet Sales Director, you will be part of the Volvo Truck, Sales Area North & Central and report directly to the Vice President Truck Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities and main tasks
Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business that result in profitable growth
Development and execution of annual strategic business plan for each key customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with decision makers and influencers within customers organizations
Coordination with local markets and other sales regions within Volvo Group to ensure we properly manage customer expectations
Monitor Customer Satisfaction and take corrective action when required
Competence requirements
University degree in business or engineering or equivalent experience
Several years of documented commercial experience from the automotive industry
Proven negotiation, presentation, selling and closing skills
Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
Excellent team player
Fluent English, spoken and written is required
