Manager Material Management Development and Support
You will report to the Site Manager Material Management Eskilstuna. You are a member of the management teams for Material Management Eskilstuna and the Material Management Development and Support Function in Europe.
Responsibilities:
You have the responsibility for the operations of the team covering activities towards: Volvo Trucks, Volvo Bus, Volvo Penta, Volvo CE and Renault Trucks. Roles in the team are; Phase In/Out specialist, Quality Campaign specialist, Logistics Developer and Supplier Relationship Manager.
Mission:
You manage the Material Management Development and Support in Eskilstuna- consisting of 5 employees - to reach the targets on Deliveries, Quality and Cost according to Volvo Parts Business Plan
You develop working methods and techniques as well as people and competences in your organisation. You foster the Volvo Way and Volvo Parts Values and Culture
You develop the relationship with the Customers and Suppliers
Required qualifications:
University degree in Logistics
You are customer focused and a strong communicator
You are result oriented and committed to deliver
You have organizational ability and a good structure
You have a holistic view and an extensive logistic background.
You have high leadership skills
You have very good networking skills and high ability to inspire others
You are fluent in English. Swedish is a merit.
Experience from different Business Areas is considered to be a merit
