We are now looking for a Team Leader for the internal Infrastructure Portfolio at Volvo IT. You will be the team leader for a small team that is securing that Volvo group policies and guidelines in the infrastructure area are implemented and supported. You will drive infrastructure implementation projects and represent Volvo IT in Volvo Group Corporate infrastructure workgroups.
Volvo IT uses the same services that are delivered to Volvo group and external customers. The team leader works under delegation form the line manager and works with line and / or consultants as resources.
Key responsibilities
As Infrastructure Portfolio Team Leader you will be responsible for managing the Infrastructure Portfolio change management and projects, responsible for business requirements collection, development, analysis and documentation and lead Infrastructure Portfolio service validation and testing in roll-out activities. The team leader is in charge of the demand for an optimized infrastructure portfolio; End User Services (collaboration and digital workplace incl Mobile Devices), Application Infrastructure and LAN/WAN.
You will also be responsible for identifying changing business and user patterns as well as identifying improvement opportunities, initiate and drive actions. Furthermore you will monitor, follow-up and communicate operational & financial performance, initiate corrective actions and root cause analysis in case of disturbances and incidents and act as communication channel for CP&IT decisions and information.

Broad IT experience as well as demonstrated experience in driving operational improvement and execution is a prerequisite.
