First Line Manager, SAP Basis
We are looking for candidates to First Line Manager position, with experience from leading people in global organization.
Infrastructure & Operations, I&O, is part of Volvo IT and our main responsibility is to provide infrastructure solutions to support our customers business. High customer satisfaction is achieved through global consistency in service delivery and customized offerings. With our global presence we can offer efficiency through globalization and standardized infrastructure such as platforms, processes and tools.
SAP Basis provides processing capacity and handling of customer SAP applications in a reliable and secure environment. The customer is assured that the processing capacity is available to support their SAP business applications. Infrastructure Basis has integrated Application Operation Management.
The group consists of Infrastructure and Production Technical Specialists, Product Manager and Global Teamleader.
As a manager of this group you will have responsibilities in the site dimension and might also have responsibilities in the global functional dimension.
It is desirable that you have experience within following areas:
Lead people
Manage employees through coaching
Use active feedback to develop employees
Recruitment and salary setting
Competence and personnel development
Finance responsibility
Implementation of functional directives
Productivity and efficiency at the site
Purchase and invoice approvals
You will be a member in site management team and might be a member of the global functional management team
Qualifications:
Broad IT background and incentive to networking within the organization
Experience of leadership in a virtual and multicultural environment
Experience of running business with financial responsibility
Capacity to execute towards set targets
Courage and ability to communicate visions and objectives in a global environment
Ability to build a strong team feeling
Have an interest and capacity to develop people
Ability to establish and maintain good relations with internal and external partners
Pursues everything with energy, drive and a need to finish
Is timely with relevant information to the group
