ABOUT THE GRADUATE PROGRAM
The 12 month program is a collaboration between Nexer Tech Talent and Volvo Group Digital & IT. During the year you will combine working within your team with taking part in the learning sessions arranged by Nexer. The talent program contains several different themes - from hard skills within your area of technology, to soft skills such as group dynamics and self-leadership. To get the best possible start you will have a mentor within your team at Volvo Group and a dedicated Consultant Manager from Nexer Tech Talent.
Details:
• The program spans over 12 months and starts in August 2022
• The majority of the time you will be spending with your team at Volvo Group
• You will be working at Volvo Groups site in Gothenburg
• Once a month you will meet up with the other participants to take part in the learning sessions
• Throughout the program there will be social activities and you will get the opportunity to network with other junior engineers
• You will start working as a consultant at Nexer and after successful participation in the program you will be offered an employment at Volvo Group

Nexer Tech Talent (former Sigma Young Talent) is the consultant company that focus on talents in the beginning of the career within the areas IT and R&D.
