For 18 -24 months you will get to work in different positions, of which at least one abroad. The programme includes individual career development supported by your manager and a personal senior mentor, corporate development modules, go out and see activities, as well as common graduate projects.

Required qualifications
* Master's degree, completed when the programme starts
* Maximum 3 years full time working experience prior to start of programme
