At Volvo Aero you will be given the chance to work at the forefront of the aerospace industry. In addition you will be given the possibility to develop within a company that is large enough to enable us to collaborate with many of the leading companies in the industry, but small enough for your role in the company to be significant.
As a candidate you should be interested in working with product- or production development, purchasing, logistics or quality and have the desire to take on a possible role as a leader in the future.
The program will start in September 2011
Qualifications:
Fairly recent completed master degree in Engineering within the following areas:
Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Industrial Management and Engineering or a similar education
Well developed interpersonal skills and experience of some form of leadership
A high standard of English, written and spoken, and Swedish
We presume that all applicants will be able to travel during the program and will be able to stay abroad for approximately three months. We also need candidates with good social skills in order to take initiatives and maximize the learning experiences from networking, training and job rotation.
