WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The IT Operations team is part of the Infrastructure & IT Operations department. Our main responsibility is to provide our colleagues around the world with an available, reliable and efficient IT-infrastructure and we do this by giving great support! We have the end-to-end responsibility for making the latest technology available to our organization and to support and maintain the already installed infrastructure.
Axis is growing and we need to strengthen IT Operations with yet another co-worker. As our VoIP System Administrator, your daily work will be to support, configure and implement Axis VoIP infrastructure. You will also be part of projects and initiatives to develop our VoIP services and we expect you to take responsibility for the documentation of the same.
Our department, Infrastructure & IT Operations, works closely with other parts of the Axis organization. This means that you need to be comfortable talking to different stakeholders from our end-users to business owners and have the ability to adapt your communication based on the stakeholder.

The position will require on-call duty and travel (approx. 20 days/year).
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone with at least 5+ years of experience operating, maintaining and developing the Cisco Unified Communications application environment. It is preferable that you have experience doing this in a global context.

You will be working in a fast-moving and constantly changing environment, so we need you to be able to walk the extra mile when needed.
The main skills wanted are:
Experience with Cisco Unified Communications applications, including Communications Manager, Communications Manager Express, Unity Connection, Contact Center Express, Expressway, WebEx, Telepresence and IM & Presence.
Provide voice infrastructure support, configuration and implementation for the Cisco Contact Center Express environment (CTI, scripting, applications).
Work closely with business partners on telephony-related projects and initiatives.
Update technical documents and procedures.
Tier 2-3 Troubleshooting common VoIP issues (identifying and correcting issues with endpoints, dial plans, profiles, CUBE, SIP/SCCP, network/DNS/DHCP/IP, URI, voice quality etc.)
Supporting voice end-users, coordinating with Cisco TAC, and tier 1 (helpdesk).
Certifications preferred:
CCNP Voice
500-052 (UCCXD) // 642-165 (UCCX) - Knowledge and experience of how to make analysis of application requirements on the IT-environment.
Knowledge and experience of implementing infrastructure in a secure and reliable way.
