Maintain the working pipelines for VO production, from script through to localized languages.
Practical R&D to expand upon dialogue recording techniques, to strive for increasing quality.
Edit, process and implement both placeholder & final delivered VO.
Attend mocap shoots & VO sessions where required.
Work with Audio and Creative Directors to ensure dialogue fits the world we're building.
Find, report and fix audio bugs.
MachineGames is looking for an experienced and talented VO Designer to organize, craft and implement stellar dialogue for the games we create.
Minimum Requirements
At least 2 AAA games shipped on an audio team - at least one of those where VO was your focus.
A strong grasp of the fundamentals of audio engineering, preferably with related education.
Demonstrable skill and knowledge in recording and manipulating audio.
A passion for fps audio.
A strong ability to organize and maintain documentation and pipeline data.
Ability to liaise with multiple disciplines to aid the development of proprietary tracking and implementation technology.
Experience using popular middleware such as Wwise.
Knowledge of scripting audio in 3d map editors and visual scripting tools.
Experience recording in the field and at the mocap stage.
