IKEA Malmö is looking for an experienced Store Visual Merchandiser/Activity Manager to join their Communications and Interior Design team!
We see that our future Visual Merchandiser Manager will by a transparent leadership, clear communication and an inspiring way bring us together and deliver great results.
We are looking for you who has a formal education and multiple years of experience within the field of Visual Merchandising. You are a value based leader who leads by example and communicates in a transparent and a straight forward manner. You are someone who likes opportunities to grow and develop - and sees this role and IKEA as a long term engagement. Preferably you have earlier IKEA experience or working at IKEA at the moment in a similar position.
What you'll be doing day to day
As a Visual Merchandiser Manager you will join us in our mission to - inspire customers with home furnishing solutions that appeal to the dreams, needs and wallets of the many people.
Your main tasks will be, together with your Visual Merchandiser team, to offer our visitors the most inspiring shopping experience, always presenting our range in a commercial and inspiring way. The purpose of your work is to appeal to the needs and dreams of the many people within our local market and visitors in the store.
You will collaborate with colleagues in your department (communication and interior design) as well as all other functions in the store. You belive in crossfunctional work and understanding. Together as a unit we can create not only esthetically appealing solutions but also commercial and easily maintainable ones. This gives an opportunity for you to deepen your expertise even further and become more commercial in your approach.

We offer a full-time permanent position as Visual Merchandiser Manager at IKEA Malmö. With 6 months probationary period if you are new to IKEA. You work 38.25/week between 08-17. Some evenings and weekends you will work as the department store jour. You have personnel responsibility for a team of Visual Merchandiser co-workers. For this position we have a preferred candidate
