We are looking for a Visual Merchandisers for our E-commerce - and Physical store.

E-commerce Visual Merchandising
The E-commerce Visual Merchandising function is responsible for maximizing sales by presenting the most commercial and inspiring online store environments.
As an E-commerce Visual Merchandiser, you will be part of an existing marketing team, in which you will be responsible for driving sales at some specific environmental concepts.
You will among other work create inspiring environments, combine products to increase sales, and inspire customers. Our target is to develop the best possible customer experience.
Your closest team members will be the marketing manager, our store manager and the graphic designers. You will also work in close collaboration with the E-commerce team as well as with other functions within both Online and physical store sales.
Your responsibilities
The role as an E-commerce Visual Merchandiser at DPJ comes with lots of responsibility and you need to be really creative and fast in your solutions! You will be working to optimize and increase sales in every transaction.
Your main responsibility is to optimize the online offer for the market and the concept. You will do this by:
• Order new pictures, based on information about customer behavior on site and performance of earlier campaign materials.
• identifying customers' needs and act accordingly to drive sales
• Strategically place the products in environments on the website, ensuring the ranking is optimized based on customer behavior.
• Working with the team on the website content - including campaigns and local created content
• Daily analyzing the E-commerce in our different markets, ensuring the best customer offer is at place
• Creating concepts and market specific activities on site.
• Strengthen the brand by exposing the products in the most inspirational way
Monitoring customer behavior and competitors by highlighting trends, features and website functionality that would add value to the customer experience
Your skills

Have previous experience and/or a strong interest in sales and e-commerceAn academic degree within business or with a background within sales and retail, preferable within e-commerceHave strong analytical skills with the ability to handle both quantitative and qualitative data in order to drive sales and be able to take the right action bases on information from the dataHave great interest in driving result and improve way of workingHave interest in customer behavior and a strong understanding for the customer needsHave the ability to work quickly and efficiently, with an excellent eye to detail and accuracyHave experience with analytical tools and a great understanding for the KPIs of the e-commerceHave excellent communication skills. You need to be fluent in Swedish as well as in English
As a person we believe you are flexible, proactive, and open to change as it is a constantly changing environment. You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team and know how prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
You should have a genuine interest in e-commerce and driving sales, you should love to create an inspiring and commercial site and always have the customer and DPJ 's brand top of mind.
The position is full time and based at our Head Office in Stockholm
