As a Management Trainee, you will have exciting tasks and encounter great challenges whilst you will gain comprehensive insight into Visma’s portfolio of products and services, as well as being able to develop key knowledge about the Visma’s strategic choices. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibilities and make yourself known within the organization.
During the program, you will be closely monitored by a mentor who will play an important role in supporting you in planning your career.

As a Management Trainee, you will develop into one of Visma's future leaders. Together with your mentor and trainer, you will plan your career in order to achieve the goals that you want to set. For example, some of the previous management trainees currently hold positions such as: project manager, key account manager, business development manager and controller, to name a few, and there are many opportunities for those who produce good results.

Qualifications for the position
• Recently graduated or with a maximum of two year’s work experience
• Master’s degree within Business/Management or Computer Science/IT-Management
• Strong professional skills and good academic results
• Personal qualifications: o Curious and self-motivated o Creative and resourceful o Outgoing and sociable
