hela Sverige We are looking for a Visitor Coordinator who will coordinate bookings, receive and welcome visitors and act as a vital part of the overall experience of the Volvo Construction Equipment Customer Center in Eskilstuna. In this role you will manage all visits to the Customer Center, support in logistics and program arrangements and support in coordination of events held at the Customer Center
Main Tasks/ Responsibilies/ Authorities:
• Operate reception according to set schedule and routines
• Receiving and processing bookings for all visitors, securing time schedules and resources
• Manage the customer visits, supporting logistics and program arrangements
• Support coordination of dealer and customer events at Customer Center
• Support coordination of Volvo managed events located at Customer Center
• Coordinate catering business with all suppliers
• Welcome visitors to Customer Center and provide ongoing support to the groups during visits
• Drive the development of visitor packages
• Keep the organization/Network updated on upcoming visits
• Coding of invoices in workflow, place EBD orders and receive goods
• Support purchases in the Merchandise Shop
• Support keeping conference rooms and other areas are tidy and in customary condition

Required knowledge & experience:
Educational/ Professional Qualifications required for the position:
• Marketing degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• Significant commercial experience, ideally from similar products, industries or customers (construction equipment, automotive, etc).
• Experience with conference and reception
• Structured and process oriented way of working with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
Additional Requirements:
• Proficient in use of personal computer, including skills in the following software programs: SAP, EBD and MS Office
• Good knowledge about the organization of Volvo Construction Equipment
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken. Additional language is advantageous
