Our Exciting Opportunity
Experience Marketing is a cross company function to understand customer challenges and key opportunities and improve customer experience though marketing engagements in events, experience centers and other customer engagements! Some of the deliverables are development of immersive content, establish a web based virtual experience center and improve the customer and employee experience at the Ericsson Campus through a multi-year re-build program.
We are now looking for an experienced and dynamic Virtual Experiences Manager (Temporary assignment), responsible to take the Ericsson virtual exhibition to the next step!
The role is vital in transforming the digitalization of the customer meeting and external relations in the virtual environment. Are you ready for the challenge?
You will
Apply the latest technology and knowledge gathered from activation to improve the experience and impact of the multi-platform 3D/virtual environment
Arrange world class customer engagement in 3D/virtual environment
Drive from a digital engagement and development of the Ericsson Virtual Experiences together with demo drivers and agencies as well as IT
Manage the virtual demo center, day to day work. Testing the environment. Helping answer questions from demo drivers or bookings in the virtual studio. Coordinate and run trainings in the virtual demo center system
Create ways of working with content together with content team and demo drivers and other partners
Analyze user behavior in the virtual studio. Create reports. Take part in crafting the roadmap
Identify bugs and resolve them
To be successful in the role you must have
Experience within Online event management/guide
Experience in working and using Blender, Unity or corresponding tools
Presentation and storytelling skills
Gaming, or other similar graphic design experience or academic background
Experience in designing instructions/teaching skills is a plus
Eye for user experience and attention to detail
Ericsson portfolio knowledge
Strong people skills as there will be many touch points with various partners both internal and external.
Digital native abilities
Software development experience
VR, AR, MR, 3D development and modelling experience
Project management experience or desire to learn PM roles
Experience or desire to learn agency management, virtual team leadership.
An analytical attitude, being able to analyze data and put into action
