At Nordic Entertainment Group, we entertain millions of people every day through our streaming services, radio networks, TV channels and production companies. From live sports and films to music and our own original shows, our purpose is to tell stories, touch lives and expand worlds. We're now launching our Viaplay streaming service in a wide range of new markets and aiming to become the international streaming challenger. As a Nordic company with a global perspective and clear values, we're looking for the best people to join us on our journey.

If this sounds like a challenge you're interested in, we're now looking for a Viewing Analyst to strengthen our Content Analysis and Insights team in our office in Stockholm. This is a temporary contract until the end of 2022, with a possibility of extension.

The position
In this role, your main mission is to support the organization with viewing data and analysis in order to enable data-driven decision making for content planning, content acquisitions, content budgets and windowing.

As Viewing Analyst, responsibilities include:

• Ensure insights are timely, trustworthy, and actionable in order to drive decisions across the business based on data
• Create cross-market- and cross-platform viewing reports for NENT Group's broadcasting-, AVOD- and SVOD/TVOD/EST businesses on a daily and weekly basis
• Produce format and season analysis to ensure content is performing according to expectations
• Produce ad-hoc analysis to enable data-driven decision making for content planning, scheduling, windowing, curation, acquisition and production
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Help coordinate targets and expectations with other departments, i.e. marketing, commercial etc.

The journey ahead
The company has strong expansion ambitions and our team plays an important role in supporting decision-makers with key data. NENT will be available in 16 countries by the end of 2023. Our already strong sports portfolio is growing further and the position includes sports-related analysis and reports. Our team is also responsible for delivering estimates as well as tracking and reviewing the performance of the original content that NENT is producing more and more of.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a structured, innovative and motivated team player with strong analytical skills who believes in data-driven decision-making and who loves digging into numbers, putting data first. We also believe you are eager to learn and develop within your role where being able to work independently at times is a merit.

To be a successful candidate you:

• Are curious by nature, analytical and a problem solver
• Hold a relevant bachelor or master's degree within business, marketing, tech/engineering or similar relevant for an analyst-role
• Great attention to detail; passionate about delivering the highest level of quality in reports and analysis
• Fluent in English (Scandinavian language a merit)
• It's a merit if you have previous experience working with Tableau and AdvantEdge

What we offer you
We are a company that prioritises people over everything else - from every single employee to every single one of our millions of customers. What unites us all at NENT Group is our passion to create meaningful moments and evoke emotions with our content.

The essence of our values is defined by the beat we all have pulsing inside us. Defined by our people. Defined by the boundless passion we all share at NENT Group. Defined by how we inspire everyone around us, letting them feel that powerful, energising beat.
