We are looking for a Chef to join our team and prepare delicious authentic Vietnamese meals for our customers.
Chef responsibilities include setting up menus and preparing high-quality authentic Vietnamese dishes. If you have experience with traditional and authentic Vietnamese cooking techniques and ingredients, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities
Preparing authentic Vietnamese recipes and gather all necessary ingredients
Cook food in a timely manner
Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
Ensure appealing plate presentation
Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove herbs)
Monitor food stock and place orders
Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
Requirements
Deep knowledge and understanding of authentic Vietnamese cuisines and culture.
Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
Good time management abilities
