What you will do
As experts in our industry, we are involved in a variety of daily tasks. In addition to in-house projects and customer assignments, we interact and collaborate with people in our industry, write technical or business-related blog posts, contribute to the open-source community, write standard papers and much more.
In the wide area of video streaming, our assignment ranges from short projects to longer assignments - from technical implementation to business development and advisory. In parallel with our own assignments, we do various contributions to our Eyevinn colleague's assignments.
Our assignments cover all fields of video streaming development such as contribution protocols and origin functionalities (recording, format repackaging, etc.), ad insertion, CDN technologies, as well as clients and players front-end development. Much of the development requires open-source components, cloud components, and relevant video technology components.

In this role we believe you need these general Qualifications
Work proficiency in English
Profound interest in technical solutions and problem solving
Ability to work collaboratively in several types of team environments
Communications skills: nice, professional, collaborative and customer oriented.
Self-driven, self-managing, with an interest and ability to learn quickly
For our different developer positions, you will need some of these Qualifications
Programming experience in Objective-C, Swift
Experience from working with HTTP / REST APIs with JSON / XML payloads
Programming experience in Java, Kotlin and with Android SDK for Android app development
Experience working with remote data via REST api and handling JSON payloads
Experience from Android unit tests and functional testing and a solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle and release process
Meriting Qualifications
Experience from working with video streaming technologies such as FFmpeg, HTTP streaming format, origin, CDN, DRM
Experience from working with Apple VideoToolbox and AVFoundation
Experience with continuous deployment and continuous integration systems
Programming experience in Go, C++, Python or NodeJS
Understanding all phases of the software development life cycle
Proven experience of leadership in work settings or extracurricular activities
