Our client is a large organization with a good reputation within the Medtech area. As a consultant at Dfind IT you will work as a Video Conference Support Advisors at our clients Infrastructure & Operation team in Gothenburg . The team is looking to hire a short term additional support, who during this period will be supporting the daily business, whilst focusing mainly on temporary strategic project.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Provide global, everyday support with following:
• Bookings, global inbox - dealing with bookings, sending out conformations /acceptance to customer /Schedule calls and bridging
• VC SPOC Singel point for customer
• Troubel shooting
• Identify equipment faults and escalate - if required
• Contact for in room -support
• Tests, all kinds of testing, external companies,
• Trainings/ Demo customer
• Consultation
• Statistics
• Monitor ongoing VC calls. Work in Acano and TMS booking systems.
• Resolve basic customer problems either by phone, remotely over network using the management systems, email, video link or in person.
• Educate customers about the standardized booking Receiving and processing Outlook invites

Essential
• Strong experience of developing and managing relationships with customers and suppliers
• Service Delivery mindset and approach
• Experience of supporting and resolving issues for end users.
• Strong communication skills with users
• Proven escalation management capability
• Technical expertise for the respective area of the Collaboration expertise in which they are responsible (Video Conferencing, Lync etc.)
• Team player who can integrate effectively into a global service team
• Organised and strong administrative capabilities.
Desirable
• Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and proven ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomes
