Nevs is now adjusting the organization to match the next phase of the development and are now looking for a Vice President Vehicle Line Management and in charge of the PMO.
You will be leading the Vehicle Line Management and the Program Management Office (PMO) within Nevs Global Operations and reporting to the President of Nevs. In this position, you are responsible for all Product Programs, both for Nevs and its affiliates.
The Vehicle Line Management is the responsible function to order the products from the organization including the vehicle projects and the connectivity projects. This is a company function and need to balance the requirements from the market, with the possibilities of engineering, sourcing and production.
The PMO organization is an independent organization and works with cross-functional teams. The scope of work for the PMO organization covers all product matters, as well seeking and enhancing synergies and securing profitability
Description
A Vice President Vehicle Line Management will:
• Be involved in Nevs' strategic planning
• Develop and seek approval for business case for future car projects
• Overall responsible for Business Exploration, executed by cross-functional teams and led by Program Managers
• Overall responsible for Program Management, both for Programs that are under development and those that are "in service", securing cross-program commonalities, synergies and profitability
• Make Program-related decisions within your "jurisdiction" and prepare for decisions to be escalated to Nevs' Strategic Board
• Responsible to form and maintain the overall, long-term Product Portfolio strategy, covering some key-detail of Product Definition"
• Identify product commonalities and oversee the relation of our strategy and products of JV partner/s
• Develop and monitor all business program project plans, and develop key project performance indicators
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience within development in Automotive Business, minimum 10 years
• Experience of working with PMO
• Experience in management positions
• Experience in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Have business and technical skills.
• Have highly structured working approach.
• Be able to "navigate" in complex organizational/political structures within different cultures
• Have excellent management and communication skills.

Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by currentCollective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
