Business Development & Account Management
• Identifying and developing new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers (corporate/ institutional/ individual) to achieve repeat/ referral business.
• Utilizing public information and personal network for developing marketing intelligence to generate leads.
• Tapping new markets and coordinating with channel partners to penetrate these segments.

Sales & Marketing
• Driving implementation of sales strategies for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue from primary as well as secondary sales.
• Evaluating marketing budgets periodically, manpower-planning initiatives and adhering to planned expenses.
• Conducting competitor/ market analysis by keeping abreast of market trends, and countering competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.

Partner Management
• Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved sales of products.
• Monitoring and following up with them for timely attainment of periodical targets.

Client Relationship Management
• Developing new clients by conducting comparative study of market variable such as cost and providing them with superior service.
• Handling customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms.
