What does a VP for Productivity Services & New Concepts at Volvo Trucks do?
Most important of all is your role as an inspirational, innovative and courageous leader. Furthermore, you lead the development of customer productivity service offerings for Volvo Trucks, such as fleet management, fuel and driver services. You are the driver of our commercial development of innovative productivity service offerings. You do this by customer pilots and partnering in close collaboration with many stakeholders. In other words - you network and work with others a lot in this role.
You are an active contributor in Volvo Trucks and cross functionally in Volvo Group, driving customer productivity service offering. You report to the SVP Volvo Trucks Services & Customer Quality and are a member of the Volvo Trucks Services & Customer Quality management team.

Experienced in turning customer requirements into services that enhance customer productivity.
Acknowledged track record in creating X-functional teams to rapidly deploy and commercialize new customer productivity offerings.
Proven strong customer focus and delivery performance.
Proven experience and understanding of business model design and agile way of working.
Excellent understanding of the business environment and the transport/logistics/constructions, automotive industry.
Extensive track record in leading commercial connected service development.
Insight and the network to capture emerging new productivity offerings and technology.
Experience of project governance within service development.
Excellent Communication and presentation skills
Leadership experience and proven track record of leading teams
A Master's degree in commercial or technical area.
Fluent in written and spoken English
