The role is part of the global HVDC management team, and reports to the Global Product Group Manager for HVDC.

Your responsibilities:
As VP of MACH Products, you'll be at the center of this exciting transformation, responsible for:
Managing the entire MACH platform product portfolio, steering us towards pioneering Control & Protection solutions across our power electronic-based energy system product portfolio.
Leading product development, including cutting-edge hardware and software, and overseeing MACH application developer tools.
Ensuring smooth internal and external lifecycle management for all portfolio components, including building a scalable MACH platform.
Elevating product quality, including conducting investigations and work with supplier development.
Orchestrating sub-suppliers, overseeing specifications, design, testing, and quality control.
Managing order processing and material logistics, ensuring timely deliveries based on internal forecasts.
Prioritizing the satisfaction of our internal and external customers.
Refining processes, methods, and tools to excel in executing the unit's responsibilities.
Spearheading product and process innovation for the MACH platform product portfolio.
Guiding and motivating your dedicated unit staff to achieve greatness.
Handling all financial aspects related to the unit and the MACH platform product portfolio.
Leading the transformation of the MACH platform product portfolio and its operating model to support unprecedented growth.
Your background:
15+ years of experience in complex distributed computer and IT/OT systems.
Proven leadership in product development, including software and hardware.
Global and cross-functional organization leadership experience.
Track record of successful large-scale transformations.
Business and commercial acumen.
Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Technical expertise to guide technology direction.
The Extra Edge: Experience in the energy industry, especially HVDC, is a significant advantage.
