Are you an experienced manager who wants to take on a new challenge in a completely new role?
We are now looking for a Vice President IT Solutions for Technology & Digital Division at Epiroc. With your innovative thinking, you will be able to put your own stamp on the role and contribute to excellence.
As a key leader within the division, you will together with process councils and divisions guide business benefits, standardization at an optimized cost for all IT applications within Epiroc.
Your Mission
In this new role, you will establish a governance structure for all our IT applications were the divisions via councils get the main mandate and accountability to steer the applications portfolio. You will influence the councils and steer a total optimization of the portfolio by ensuring that the total process flow is considered. In this role you will also create and maintain a good overview of the applications and consolidate portfolios budget from the councils to a total application budget and present the proposed plan for the IT board.
You will manage and develop the applications handled by IT Solutions, to enable Epiroc profitability and growth. That includes managing our main global applications in terms of maintenance, support, continuous improvement and development projects. You will ensure effectiveness in the teams through improved processes and methodology along with the right balance between employees and managed services. Furthermore, you will maintain a customer focused team and adopt the organization in line with new demands.
Your profile
