What you will be a part of
Market Network Management (MNM) is a centralized department and key function in Saab's compliance program. MNM is responsible for handling the appointment and management of intermediaries under a policy framework developed and established by Saab's Ethics and Compliance organization with a view to prevent corruption related to Saab's cooperation with international intermediaries in business winning and execution.



Your role
As Head of MNM you will lead and be part of a very committed and result oriented team all with long experiences from Saab's operations.
The main tasks of MNM are to:

Conduct due diligence investigations
Perform corruption risk assessments
Train and educate intermediaries in Saab Code of Conduct
Negotiate intermediary agreements
Present appointment cases and report agreement statistics to Saab's Ethics and Compliance Board
Support the organization in the choice of business models and route to market in compliance with Saab Code of Conduct and local laws and regulations

The work is performed in close co-operation with Market Areas and Business Areas as well as the Ethics and Compliance function.
The role of the co-workers within MNM requires some travel in Sweden and internationally and also some administrative work in the home office.

Your skills and experience
The position requires seniority and a high degree of professionalism and integrity and that you are able to have the long term best for Saab in focus. You have good leadership- and analytical skills as well as the ability to drive change and performance improvements, and you show a high degree of service level. A good business understanding is a prerequisite for this position. You have experience from leadership and compliance matters, as well as in Sales and Marketing. A good sense for order and method and thorough understanding of contractual documents as well as negotiation skills is required.
